Meditate Pure Botanical Bath Salts bring my warm, grounding Meditate formulation into a mineral rich bath created for stillness and unhurried time.

I make these botanical bath salts with Epsom salt, Himalayan salt and Dead Sea salt. The combination of three mineral salts creates a warm, comforting soak while giving the blend a beautiful natural texture.

The salts are infused with Lavender, Frankincense and Sandalwood essential oils.

Lavender brings gentle floral softness.

Frankincense adds a quiet resinous depth.

Sandalwood gives the blend its warm, woody foundation and helps the aroma feel grounded and settled.

Together, the oils create a soft but distinctive aroma that suits meditation, reflection or simply sitting quietly without needing to fill every moment.

How to Use

Add 1 to 2 scoops of Meditate Pure Botanical Bath Salts to warm running water and allow them to dissolve before stepping into the bath.

Use one scoop for a lighter aromatic bath or two scoops for a more generous soak.

The Lavender flowers will naturally float in the water. Place a small muslin cloth or bath strainer over the plug before emptying the bath to help prevent them entering the drain.

There is no need to add extra essential oil, as the salts are already infused at the correct level for bathing.

Take care when entering and leaving the bath, as the oils may make the surface slippery.
