Uplifting Pure Essential Oil Blend - Some days begin well and then gradually lose their sparkle. Other days need a little encouragement from the start.

That is why I formulated Uplifting.

Uplifting is a fresh, bright essential oil blend created for those moments when you feel flat, your energy has dipped or you simply want a cleaner, livelier aroma around you.

The aroma opens with a crisp citrus freshness, followed by a softer note that prevents the blend from becoming too sharp. It feels bright and energising, but it is still balanced enough to enjoy throughout the day.

I often reach for Uplifting while I am working, preparing for the day or trying to find the enthusiasm to begin something I have been putting off. It is also lovely during the afternoon, when concentration and energy can begin to wander.

Uplifting works particularly well in kitchens, workspaces and living areas. Its fresh character can help a room feel brighter and more awake, especially when the atmosphere has become warm, stale or lacking in life.

When I formulate a blend, I begin with how someone may want to feel. Each essential oil is then chosen for the part it plays within the complete formulation.

For Uplifting, I wanted freshness and brightness without creating an aroma that felt harsh or overly stimulating. The livelier notes bring energy to the blend, while the softer element gently rounds the formulation and holds everything in balance.

The finished aroma is citrus, fresh and bright. It is a lovely everyday choice when you want a natural lift without filling the room with anything too sweet or overpowering.

Add a few drops to your diffuser or oil burner and let the aroma become part of your day.
