It has a lively citrus character with a gentle herbal softness that keeps the aroma balanced rather than sharp or overpowering.
I enjoy using Uplifting while working, getting on with jobs around the home or whenever I need a little more enthusiasm for the day ahead. It brings a clean, fresh aroma into the room and may help support a brighter, more positive frame of mind.
Add a few drops to your diffuser or oil burner and allow the aroma to gently fill your space.

Uplifting Essential Oil Blend brings together Lemongrass, Grapefruit and Lavender in a formulation created to give your space a bright, fresh character without becoming harsh or overly citrusy.
The balance of this blend is important. Lemongrass naturally has a strong, clean and lively aroma, so it gives Uplifting much of its energy and freshness. Used alone, though, it can easily dominate.
Grapefruit brings another kind of brightness. It is lighter and softer than Lemongrass, adding freshness without making the blend feel too sharp.
Lavender is what changes the character of Uplifting for me. Rather than turning it into a calming blend, it smooths the brighter oils and gives the whole formulation a softer edge. That small amount of floral character helps the blend feel much more rounded and comfortable in the room.
Together they create something fresh, lively and cheerful, but still balanced enough to enjoy for longer periods rather than feeling like a quick burst of citrus.
I like Uplifting first thing in the morning, during the working day or whenever a room feels a little dull and I want to change the atmosphere. It is also lovely when you want freshness without reaching for something too sharp or intensely energising.
As the oils diffuse, the brighter Lemongrass and Grapefruit are what you tend to notice first, while the Lavender quietly sits underneath and softens the overall aroma.
Add 3 to 5 drops to the water in your Aroma diffuser and allow the blend to gradually fill your space.

Uplifting has an immediate freshness to it.
Lemongrass gives the blend its bright, lively character, Grapefruit adds a lighter citrus note and Lavender brings just enough softness to stop the aroma becoming too sharp.
For me, it feels fresh, cheerful and energising, without becoming overpowering.
It is the blend I would reach for when I want the room to feel brighter or when the atmosphere needs a little lift.
Fill your Aroma diffuser with the recommended amount of water and add 3 to 5 drops of Uplifting Essential Oil Blend.
Begin with fewer drops in a smaller room and add more gradually if you prefer a stronger aroma.
Allow the blend to disperse naturally through your space.
Uplifting is particularly lovely in kitchens, living areas and workspaces, or simply when you want your surroundings to feel fresher and brighter.
