Happy Pure Botanical Bath Salts

Happy Pure Botanical Bath Salts were created for those times when you want your bath to feel bright, fresh and decidedly less serious.

Not every bath needs to mark the end of the day.

Sometimes you want to run one in the middle of the afternoon. Sometimes it is Saturday morning and nobody needs you for an hour. Sometimes the weather outside is thoroughly miserable and a room filled with citrus sounds considerably more appealing.

That is Happy.

I make the base from Epsom salt, Himalayan salt and Dead Sea salt. Rather than using one salt alone, I combine all three to create the mineral base used throughout my Pure Botanical Bath Salts.

Then comes the part that gives Happy its character.

Lime brings a lively, crisp opening.

Grapefruit adds a softer citrus note with a slightly bittersweet edge.

Lemon gives the blend its clean, unmistakable freshness.

Sweet Orange rounds everything out with a warmer, juicier citrus aroma.

Together, they create something far more interesting than simply smelling of oranges. Happy is fresh and lively, but it still has warmth.

As the salts dissolve into the water, the warmth of the bath helps the citrus aroma become part of the room around you.

It is one of those blends that can make an ordinary bath feel completely different without needing to turn it into a grand occasion.

And I rather like that.

There is no promise here that a bath will solve a difficult day. Happy is simply about creating a little pocket of time that feels brighter, smells wonderful and belongs entirely to you.

The essential oils are already added at the correct level for bathing, so there is nothing else you need to mix into the water.

Just add the salts, let them dissolve and enjoy.

The Aroma and Bathing Experience

Happy Pure Botanical Bath Salts have a fresh citrus aroma with a lively opening and a softer, warmer finish.

Lime and Lemon are the brighter notes you tend to notice first. Grapefruit adds more depth before Sweet Orange brings a gentle warmth that pulls the blend together.

It feels clean and cheerful rather than sweet.

That makes Happy particularly lovely when you want a bath that leaves the room feeling fresh and alive rather than sleepy or heavily floral.

It works beautifully in the morning, during the day or early evening, which also makes it one of the more versatile blends in my bath salt range.

How to use

Add 1 to 2 scoops to warm running water and allow the salts to dissolve.

One scoop gives you a lighter aromatic bath. Use two when you fancy a more generous soak.

There is no need to add any additional essential oil because the formulation is already prepared for use in the bath.

Take care when entering and leaving the bath as oils may make the surface slippery.

What makes Happy different

Happy is not my bedtime bath salt and it is not intended to feel deeply grounding.

This one is about citrus.

It is for the days when freshness appeals more than florals and when you want the simple pleasure of Lime, Grapefruit, Lemon and Sweet Orange filling the warm air around you.

That is exactly why I would keep this page brighter and livelier than Calming, Tranquility, Meditate or Interlude.

Your published INCI should follow the exact wording and order on your current approved formulation.

The formulation contains a combination of Epsom salt, Himalayan salt and Dead Sea salt, together with Lime, Grapefruit, Lemon and Sweet Orange essential oils.

I would use the exact botanical names from your current safety paperwork rather than changing them from an older website ingredient list.

Directions:

Botanical pure bath salts. Pop 1- 2 scoops in the bath to suit, start off with a small amount and work your way to adding more if you feel you need to.
