Muscle Soothe Pure Botanical Bath Salts were formulated for the kind of bath you look forward to when your body feels as though it has earned one.

Muscle Soothe has a very different character from my more floral or restful bath blends. It is fresh, herbal and gently invigorating, making it particularly enjoyable when you want the bath to feel comforting without becoming overly sleepy.

I make the base with Epsom salt, Himalayan salt and Dead Sea salt. Using three mineral salts gives the bath a more interesting texture and creates a warm, satisfying soak around the body.

The salts are infused with Marjoram, Lemongrass, Lavender and Eucalyptus essential oils.

Marjoram brings a warm, softly herbal character.

Lemongrass adds freshness and a bright citrus edge.

Lavender softens the formulation and rounds the sharper herbal notes.

Eucalyptus gives the blend its clean, refreshing finish.

Together, they create an aroma that feels fresh enough to revive the senses while still sitting beautifully within a long, warm bath.

The essential oils are already professionally added at the correct level for bathing, so nothing else needs to be mixed into the water.

How to Use

Add 1 to 2 scoops of Muscle Soothe Pure Botanical Bath Salts to warm running water.

Allow the salts to dissolve before stepping into the bath.

Use one scoop for a lighter aromatic bath or two scoops for a more generous soak.

There is no need to add additional essential oil because the salts are already infused at the correct level for bathing.

Take care when entering and leaving the bath, as the oils may make the surface slippery.
