Be Happy Aromatherapy Room Spray is my bright citrus room spray for those moments when the atmosphere around you needs a little more life. Fresh and lively without being sharp, it changes the feel of a room quickly with the natural aroma of pure essential oils.
I reach for Be Happy in the morning, during a flat afternoon, before visitors arrive or whenever I want the room to feel lighter and more cheerful. It is an easy way to bring aromatherapy into everyday life without running a diffuser, and because a room spray only takes a few moments to use, you can change the aroma around you as your day changes.

I formulated Be Happy for the ordinary moments when a room can simply feel a little flat. It might be first thing in the morning, part way through a long afternoon, after cooking, before friends arrive or just because you fancy changing the atmosphere around you.
That is one of the reasons I enjoy room sprays so much. You are not committing to the same aroma for hours. A few sprays can change the character of a room almost immediately, which means you can choose your aromatherapy according to the moment.

Be Happy combines Lime, Grapefruit, Lemon and Sweet Orange, but each oil has a slightly different part to play.
Lime gives the blend its crisp, lively edge. Grapefruit brings a lighter, juicy citrus character, while Lemon adds freshness and clarity. Sweet Orange softens the sharper citrus notes and gives the finished blend a warmer, rounder feel.
It is that balance that matters to me when I formulate. Be Happy is not simply four citrus oils put together because they smell pleasant. The proportions are chosen so that the brighter notes work together without the aroma becoming harsh, thin or overwhelmingly lemony.
The result is fresh and cheerful, but still rounded enough to use comfortably throughout the home.
Shake gently before use, then spritz lightly into the air around the room.

Avoid spraying directly onto fabrics, painted or polished surfaces.

I can’t recommend Judith and her blends enough! I ordered the ‘Happy’ range and it’s such a gorgeous scent and quick delivery too! I would happily order again as all the blends are fabulous.
