Calming Aromatherapy Room Spray is my soft floral blend of Ylang Ylang, Geranium and Lavender, formulated to bring a more balanced, settled feel to the space around you.
Ylang Ylang adds warmth and floral depth, Geranium brings balance and Lavender gives the blend its gentle, familiar calm. Together they create an aroma that may help ease tension while still feeling fresh enough to use at any time of day.
I use Calming throughout the day whenever the atmosphere feels busy, unsettled or simply needs bringing back into balance.

Calming Aromatherapy Room Spray combines Ylang Ylang, Geranium and Lavender in one of my most established Award Winning blends, created for those moments when you want to soften the atmosphere around you and bring a greater sense of calm to the room.
I have always believed that aromatherapy in the home is about more than making a room smell pleasant. The aroma around us can change how a space feels, which is why I formulate each blend with a particular moment in mind.
Calming is the one I reach for when things have felt busy, noisy or simply a little too much. A few sprays can change the character of the room quickly and create a softer place to come back to.
When I use Calming
Calming works particularly well when the pace of the day begins to slow.
I might use it after work, before sitting down for the evening, when the house has been particularly busy or whenever I want the room around me to feel a little more peaceful.
It is also useful when you do not want to run a diffuser. A room spray takes only a few seconds to use, so you can change the aroma of the space whenever you feel you need it.

Calming has a gentle floral character, but the three oils each bring something different to the blend.
Ylang Ylang gives warmth and a richer floral depth. It helps prevent the blend from feeling too sharp or herbaceous and gives Calming its softer character.
Geranium sits beautifully between the other two oils. Its floral, slightly green aroma brings balance and helps pull the blend together.
Lavender adds the familiar gentle herbal floral note that many people associate with rest and relaxation.
It is the way these three oils work together that gives Calming its character. I wanted something soft and reassuring, but not overpoweringly floral or overly sweet.
Shake gently before use and spray lightly into the air around the room.
Use whenever you would like to create a softer, calmer and more settled atmosphere.
Avoid spraying directly onto fabrics, polished surfaces or painted furniture.
