Calming Pure Botanical Bath Salts bring the soft, balancing character of my Calming formulation into a warm, mineral rich bath.

Some days leave you feeling pulled in several directions. A warm bath gives you the opportunity to step away for a while, let the day quieten and enjoy the comforting feeling of the water around you.

I make these botanical bath salts with Epsom salt, Himalayan salt and Dead Sea salt, combining three different mineral salts rather than relying on only one.

They are infused with my Calming blend of Ylang Ylang, Geranium and Lavender essential oils.

Geranium sits at the balancing heart of the formulation, bringing a soft, rounded floral character. Lavender adds familiar gentleness, while Ylang Ylang brings warmth and depth without allowing the aroma to become too heavy or overly sweet.

Together, they create the same calming and balancing aroma found throughout my Calming range. The essential oils have already been professionally added at the correct level for bathing, so there is no need to add anything else.

Lavender flowers complete the formulation, adding a simple botanical touch as they float gently through the water.

Because I formulated Calming to support balance rather than solely for bedtime, these bath salts can be enjoyed whenever you need some time away from the demands of the day. They are lovely after work, during a quiet afternoon or as part of your evening routine.

As the salts dissolve, the soft floral aroma gradually becomes part of the warm air around you, helping the bathroom feel peaceful, comfortable and easier to relax in.

Calming Pure Botanical Bath Salts have a soft, rounded floral aroma with gentle warmth and a beautifully balanced character.

The aroma feels comforting and steady without becoming overly restful or associated only with bedtime.

The three mineral salts create a warm, enjoyable soak, while the Lavender flowers add a natural botanical finish to the water.

Calming is particularly lovely when life has felt busy, emotions feel unsettled or you simply want to return to a more comfortable and balanced feeling.

How to Use

Add 1 to 2 scoops of Calming Pure Botanical Bath Salts to warm running water and allow them to dissolve before stepping into the bath.

Use one scoop for a lighter aromatic bath or two scoops for a more generous soak.

The Lavender flowers will naturally float in the water. Place a small muslin cloth or bath strainer over the plug before emptying the bath to help prevent them entering the drain.

There is no need to add extra essential oil, as the salts are already infused at the correct level for bathing.

Take care when entering and leaving the bath, as the oils may make the surface slippery.
