Be Happy Essential Oil Blend, is my bright citrus blend of Lime, Grapefruit, Lemon and Sweet Orange, formulated for those moments when you feel a little flat or simply want to bring a lighter atmosphere into the room.
Each oil contributes a slightly different citrus note. Lime gives the blend its lively freshness, Grapefruit brings a crisp brightness, Lemon adds clarity and Sweet Orange softens everything with a gentle sweetness.
The result is a fresh, zesty aroma that feels cheerful and easy to enjoy without becoming sharp or overpowering.
I enjoy using Be Happy during the day, particularly when working, getting on with jobs around the home or whenever the atmosphere needs a little lift.

There are days when you want something light, bright and gently uplifting around you. Be Happy was formulated for those moments.
This blend carries a fresh, juicy aroma that instantly feels cheerful and open. Think of sunlight through the window, clean air, and that subtle lift you feel when your mood begins to soften. It is not overpowering or sharp. Instead, it feels friendly, familiar and comforting in a way that naturally brings a sense of ease to your space.
Be Happy is often chosen when homes feel a little flat, energy feels low, or you simply want to bring a more positive atmosphere into the room. It works beautifully during the daytime, especially in kitchens, living areas or workspaces where you want things to feel light and welcoming.
As with all Mai Joie Botanicals blends, Be Happy is carefully formulated using pure essential oils, blended with intention and experience. I believe aroma plays a powerful role in how we experience our surroundings, and this blend was created to gently support brighter moments without forcing them.
You may notice that Be Happy feels different each time you use it. That is the beauty of aromatherapy. Your senses respond to what you need in that moment. Some days it feels joyful and energising, other days it simply feels comforting and familiar.

Choosing the blend that feels right
When it comes to aromatherapy, there is no right or wrong choice. Often, the blend you are drawn to is simply the one your body and senses need at that moment.
You may find that one aroma feels comforting today but less appealing another time. This is completely natural. Our sense of smell is closely linked to emotion and memory, and it shifts as we do. That is why you will not love every blend, and you are not meant to.
I always encourage people to trust their instinct. If a blend catches your attention, lingers in your thoughts, or feels familiar in a way you cannot explain, that is usually your sign.
Be Happy – The Aroma & Feeling
Be Happy has a fresh citrus aroma with a gentle natural sweetness.
Lime, Grapefruit and Lemon bring the brighter, sharper citrus notes, while Sweet Orange softens the blend and gives it a warmer finish.
The result is lively without being overpowering and sweet without becoming sugary. It is a lovely choice when you want your surroundings to feel lighter, fresher and more welcoming.
Be Happy may also support a brighter frame of mind when you feel a little flat or lacking in enthusiasm.
Add three to five drops of Be Happy to your electric diffuser, following the instructions for your particular model. In a smaller room, begin with two or three drops and add more only when needed.
For an oil burner, fill the bowl with water before adding a few drops of the blend. Check the water level regularly and never leave a lit burner unattended.
Be Happy is lovely to use while working, getting ready for the day, tidying the house or whenever you would like to bring a fresh citrus aroma into the room.
For a simple way to enjoy the blend without a diffuser, add one or two drops to a tissue or cotton pad and place it nearby on a protected surface.
For aromatic use only. Do not apply undiluted essential oils directly to the skin or take them internally. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.

Be Happy Essential Oil Blend are for days when you do not necessarily need to rest or concentrate. You simply want something around you that feels lighter, brighter and a little more cheerful.
That is why I formulated Be Happy.
Be Happy is a pure citrus essential oil blend of Lime, Grapefruit, Lemon and Sweet Orange. Each oil has its own character, but together they create a fresh, zesty aroma that feels lively without becoming too sharp.
Lime gives Be Happy its bright, lively opening. Grapefruit adds a crisp freshness, while Lemon brings a clean citrus note. Sweet Orange softens the sharper edges and gives the blend the gentle sweetness that makes it so easy to enjoy.
Although all four oils are citrus, they do not smell the same. It is the balance between them that gives Be Happy its character.
I formulated this blend for the moments when you feel a little flat, when the room around you feels dull or when you would simply like to bring a more positive atmosphere into your day.
It is a lovely blend to diffuse while you are working, getting ready for the day, tidying the house or spending time in a kitchen or living area. I also enjoy it during the afternoon when my enthusiasm has started to disappear and I need something fresh around me.
Be Happy is not intended to force happiness or pretend that every day is wonderful. Sometimes a bright, familiar aroma simply helps the moment feel a little easier.
As with all my essential oil blends, I did not choose the oils simply because they smell pleasant together. Each one has been selected for its individual character and for the part it plays within the complete formulation.
The Lime, Grapefruit and Lemon bring freshness and brightness. Sweet Orange rounds the blend and prevents the sharper citrus notes from becoming overpowering.
The finished aroma is citrus, sweet and zesty. It feels fresh, cheerful and welcoming, making Be Happy a lovely everyday blend for the home.
Add a few drops to your diffuser or oil burner and allow the aroma to gently become part of the room.
