Focus essential oil blend was formulated for the moments when you know what needs doing, but your attention has gone somewhere else.

That might be first thing in the morning, halfway through the afternoon or ten minutes into a task you were certain would be finished by now.

Focus has a crisp, herbal aroma with a gentle citrus freshness running through it. It makes the room feel cleaner and more purposeful without creating an atmosphere that feels harsh or overly stimulating.

I reach for Focus when I am writing, planning, organising my thoughts or dealing with the jobs that need proper concentration. It works particularly well around a desk, but you certainly do not need a formal home office to use it. A kitchen table, studio or quiet corner will do just as well.

Sometimes the atmosphere around us does not help. A room may feel warm, stale or full of distractions before we have even begun. Diffusing Focus brings a fresh aroma into the space and can help it feel more comfortable to work in.

When I formulated Focus, I wanted it to feel clear and lively, but still balanced enough to use throughout the day. The crisp herbal notes give the blend its purposeful character, while a softer citrus note prevents it from becoming too sharp.

As with all my blends, the oils were not chosen simply because they smell pleasant together. I began with the outcome I wanted the finished formulation to support, then selected each essential oil for the particular role it would play.

How to Use

Focus essential oil blend can be added to your diffuser whenever you would like to create a fresher, more purposeful working atmosphere.

Add three to five drops to your electric diffuser, following the instructions for your particular model. In a smaller room, begin with two or three drops and add more only when needed.

For an oil burner, fill the bowl with water before adding a few drops of Focus. Check the water level regularly and never leave a lit burner unattended.

You can also place one or two drops onto a tissue or cotton pad and keep it nearby while you work. Always place it on a protected surface, as essential oils may damage painted or polished finishes.

For aromatic use only. Do not apply undiluted essential oils directly to the skin or take them internally. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep out of reach of children and pets.
