Distinguished Essential Oil Blend is a warm, grounded aromatherapy blend of Patchouli, Grapefruit and Ylang Ylang, formulated for those moments when you want your surroundings to feel settled, assured and quietly uplifting.
Patchouli gives the blend its rich, earthy depth, while Grapefruit brings a cleaner, brighter edge that stops it becoming too heavy. Ylang Ylang softens the two, adding a gentle floral warmth and helping the aroma feel beautifully rounded. The result is distinctive without being overpowering, with an earthy character that gradually opens into something brighter and smoother.

Distinguished Essential Oil Blend combines Patchouli, Grapefruit and Ylang Ylang to create a warm, grounded aroma with enough brightness to keep it feeling balanced rather than heavy.
When I formulate a blend, I am looking at far more than whether the individual oils smell pleasant together. Each oil needs to earn its place and contribute something to the finished blend.
Patchouli forms the deeper foundation of Distinguished. Its rich, earthy character gives the blend substance and warmth, creating that grounded feeling that makes it particularly suited to living spaces, studies and quieter working environments.
Grapefruit changes the whole character of the formulation. Its bright citrus note lifts the heavier Patchouli and brings clarity and freshness through the blend. Without it, Distinguished could become too deep; with it, the aroma feels much more open and balanced.
Ylang Ylang completes the formulation. Its soft floral richness sits between the earthiness of Patchouli and the brightness of Grapefruit, smoothing the edges and bringing the three oils together.
What I particularly like about Distinguished is the way it develops once diffused. You notice the deeper character first, but it does not remain there. The brighter and softer notes begin to come through, creating an aroma that feels warm, composed and quietly uplifting.
It is one I would choose when I wanted the room to feel welcoming and grounded without creating an overly restful atmosphere. It works particularly well when you want to settle into an evening, concentrate in a comfortable workspace, or simply give a room a more assured character.
Add 3–5 drops to the water in your Aroma diffuser and allow the blend to gradually change the atmosphere around you.

Fill your Aroma diffuser with the recommended amount of water and add 3–5 drops of Distinguished Essential Oil Blend.
Begin with fewer drops in a smaller room and add more if you prefer a stronger aroma.
Allow the diffuser to disperse the blend gradually through your space.
I particularly like Distinguished in living rooms, workspaces and during quieter parts of the day when you want an atmosphere that feels grounded without becoming overly restful.
