Distinguished is my warm, woody essential oil blend, formulated for those moments when you want to feel more settled, assured and comfortable in your surroundings.
It has an earthy depth with a gentle citrus freshness and a subtle floral softness running through it. The aroma feels grounded without becoming heavy, making it a lovely choice for living rooms, studies, shared spaces or quieter moments during the evening.
I created Distinguished for anyone who prefers a deeper, less obviously floral aroma and wants something that feels steady, balanced and easy to enjoy.

Distinguished Essential Oil Blend
Distinguished is quite different from my fresher citrus or floral blends.
It has a deeper, warmer character that gently fills the room without becoming overpowering. There is an earthy richness at the heart of the blend, softened by a little citrus freshness and a subtle floral note that brings everything into balance.
I formulated Distinguished for the moments when you want the atmosphere around you to feel settled, comfortable and quietly assured.
It works beautifully in living rooms, studies and shared spaces where you want an aroma that is noticeable but not intrusive. I also enjoy it during the evening, when its warmer character feels particularly at home.
Distinguished may suit you if you prefer woody aromas but do not want anything too heavy or deeply earthy. The citrus note brings a little lightness, while the softer floral element prevents the blend from feeling overly dry or masculine.
Although it was originally created with a deeper aroma in mind, I would not describe Distinguished as a blend only for men. Aroma is personal, and this is a lovely choice for anyone drawn to something warm, grounded and a little less floral than many traditional aromatherapy blends.
When I formulate, I begin with how someone may want to feel and the atmosphere they would like to create. Each essential oil is then chosen for the part it plays within the complete blend.

Distinguished – The Aroma & Feeling
Distinguished has a warm, earthy aroma with a subtle freshness running through it.
It feels deeper than my citrus blends, but it does not overpower the room. A gentle floral softness rounds the woody notes, while the citrus element prevents the aroma from feeling too heavy.
I reach for Distinguished when I want something warm and grounded around me, particularly during the evening or in a room where I want to feel settled and comfortable.
It is woody, warm and quietly distinctive.
Add three to five drops of Distinguished to your electric diffuser, following the instructions for your particular model. In a smaller room, begin with two or three drops and add more only when needed.
For an oil burner, fill the bowl with water before adding a few drops of the blend. Check the water level regularly and never leave a lit burner unattended.
Distinguished works particularly well in living rooms, studies and shared spaces. Its warmer aroma also makes it a lovely blend to use during quieter evenings at home.
You can also place one or two drops onto a tissue or cotton pad and keep it nearby. Always place it on a protected surface, as essential oils may damage polished or painted finishes.
For aromatic use only. Do not apply undiluted essential oils directly to the skin or take them internally. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.
