Nighttime Tranquillity essential oil blend can be diffused during the evening whenever you would like the atmosphere around you to feel softer and more restful.
Add three to five drops to your electric diffuser, following the instructions for your particular model. In a smaller bedroom, begin with two or three drops and add more only when needed.
You may prefer to diffuse the blend for a short time while preparing for bed rather than leaving the diffuser running throughout the night. Always follow the operating and timer instructions supplied with your diffuser.
For an oil burner, fill the bowl with water before adding a few drops. Check the water level regularly and never leave a lit burner unattended.
For aromatic use only. Do not apply undiluted essential oils directly to the skin or take them internally.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep out of reach of children and pets.
