Aromatherapy Room Spray Gift Set

This aromatherapy room spray gift set brings together my Zen Aromatherapy Room Spray and a handmade Oat and Chamomile Soap Bar in a fresh, grounded and uncomplicated gift.

I formulated Zen with Lime, Bergamot and Vetiver.

Lime gives the blend its brighter citrus edge, while Bergamot adds a softer freshness. Vetiver brings the deeper earthy note underneath and gives Zen the grounded character that makes it feel quite different from a straightforward citrus blend.

I particularly like Zen when I want a room to feel quieter and more settled without making it feel sleepy or heavy.

Zen Aromatherapy Room Spray

A few sprays are enough to bring the aroma into a living room, workspace or quieter corner of the home.

The first impression is fresh and bright, but the Vetiver gradually becomes more noticeable as the aroma settles into the room.

That contrast between citrus and earthiness is what gives Zen its distinctive character.

Oat and Chamomile Soap

Alongside the room spray is a handmade Oat and Chamomile Soap Bar, created in Scotland in small batches.

Oat and Chamomile give the soap its gentle character, while Shea Butter and Apricot Kernel Oil help create a creamy lather and leave the skin feeling comfortable after washing.

I like the fact that the two products do completely different jobs.

The Zen Room Spray changes the atmosphere around you, while the soap becomes part of an ordinary everyday routine.

Zen – Fresh, Grounded and Settled

Zen has a fresh citrus opening with a deeper earthy character underneath.

Lime brings brightness, Bergamot adds a softer citrus freshness and Vetiver gives the blend its grounded depth.

The Oat and Chamomile soap has a much gentler character, so the two products complement one another without feeling repetitive.

For me, Zen feels quiet, balanced and grounded, but still fresh enough to use throughout the day.

How to Use

Zen Room Spray

Gently shake before each use.

Spritz lightly into the air whenever you would like the room to feel fresher and more settled.

A few sprays are usually enough. Allow the aroma to disperse naturally before adding more if required.

Avoid spraying directly onto fabrics, furniture, painted or polished surfaces.

Oat and Chamomile Soap

Use with warm water to create a creamy lather, then rinse thoroughly.

Allow the soap to dry between uses to help it last longer.

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes.
