Lime and Bergamot bring brightness to the blend, while Vetiver gives Zen its distinctive depth and helps the aroma feel more settled as it develops in the room.

Zen begins with the fresh citrus aroma of Lime and Bergamot.
As it diffuses, those lighter notes gradually soften and the deeper character of Vetiver becomes more noticeable.
The finished aroma feels fresh, earthy and balanced rather than particularly sweet, floral or stimulating.
I enjoy Zen when I want something around me that feels settled but still suitable for daytime use.
Add a few drops of Zen to your electric diffuser, following the instructions supplied with your diffuser.
For an oil burner, add water to the bowl first, followed by a few drops of the blend. Check the water level regularly and never leave a lit burner unattended.
Zen can also be used with aroma jewellery and other products specifically designed for use with pure essential oils.
