Boost Aromatherapy Room Spray is my fresh, herbal citrus blend of Cypress, Rosemary and Lemon, formulated for those moments when you want the room around you to feel brighter, clearer and more energised.
Cypress brings a clean, green woody character, Rosemary adds its distinctive fresh herbal note and Lemon lifts the whole blend with a crisp citrus brightness. Together they create an aroma that feels lively and clear without becoming sharp or overpowering.
I particularly like Boost in workspaces, studies and during the busier part of the day when I want the atmosphere around me to feel fresh and switched on.

When I created Boost, I wanted an aroma that could help change the feel of a room during the more active part of the day without simply relying on a strong citrus note.
Cypress gives the blend its clean, green woody character and brings a grounded freshness underneath the brighter oils.
Rosemary adds its unmistakable herbal quality. It gives Boost more structure and character and is one of the reasons I particularly enjoy this blend when I am working or concentrating on something.
Lemon brings the brighter citrus lift. It lightens the Cypress and Rosemary and gives the finished blend that clean, lively edge without taking over completely.
Together, the three oils create an aroma that feels fresh and purposeful rather than sweet.
Where I Use Boost
Boost is one I naturally reach for in workspaces, studies, home offices and creative areas.
I like it when I am settling down to something that needs my attention, when the room feels a little stale or flat, or when I simply want to introduce a fresher atmosphere during the day.
It also works well in busy shared spaces where I want the room to feel brighter and more awake without using an overly sweet aroma.
For me, Boost is very much a daytime blend. It has a fresh, active character that suits mornings, working hours and those moments when energy has begun to dip.
As with all my room sprays, the aim is not simply to make the room smell pleasant. I formulate each blend around how I want the room to feel, and Boost is about freshness, clarity and lively energy.

Gently shake before each use.
Spritz lightly into the air around your chosen room whenever you would like to create a fresher, brighter and more energised atmosphere.
A few sprays are usually enough. Allow the aroma to disperse naturally through the room before adding more if required.
Avoid spraying directly onto fabrics, furniture, painted or polished surfaces.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
