Meditate is my essential oil blend for meditation, formulated with Sandalwood, Frankincense and Lavender to create a warm, softly woody atmosphere for quieter moments.

Meditation does not always mean sitting in complete silence for half an hour. Sometimes it is simply making a little space between one part of the day and the next.

That was what I wanted Meditate to help create.

Sandalwood gives the blend its smooth, woody foundation. It is warm and distinctive without becoming sharp, and gives Meditate much of its depth.

Frankincense brings a drier, resinous character. It sits beautifully alongside Sandalwood and adds another layer to the aroma rather than simply making it heavier.

Lavender softens those deeper notes. It brings a gentler herbal and floral character that helps the finished blend feel rounded and comfortable in the room.

Together, the three oils create an aroma that feels warm, quiet and settled without becoming a bedtime blend.

I use Meditate when I am actually meditating, but I also enjoy it while reading, reflecting, journalling or simply when I want a little less noise around me.

As it diffuses, the Sandalwood and Frankincense give the room that warmer, deeper character, while Lavender keeps the blend from feeling too rich or intense.

A Warm Essential Oil Blend for Meditation

Meditate has a warm, softly woody aroma with a gentle herbal softness.

Sandalwood brings smooth woody depth.

Frankincense adds its distinctive resinous character.

Lavender gives the formulation a softer edge and helps the deeper oils sit comfortably together.

The finished aroma is warm and quiet rather than sweet, strongly floral or particularly citrusy.

For me, it creates the kind of atmosphere that suits meditation, reflection or simply spending a little time without rushing on to the next thing.

How To Use

Add a few drops of Meditate to your electric diffuser, following the instructions supplied with your particular blend.

For an oil burner, fill the bowl with water first, then add a few drops of the blend. Check the water level regularly and never leave a lit burner unattended.

Meditate can also be used with aroma jewellery and other products specifically designed for use with pure essential oils.

100% pure Sandalwood, Frankincense and Lavender essential oils.

Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Boswellia carteri (Frankincense), Santalum album (Sandalwood).

No synthetic perfume oils are added.
