Nighttime Tranquility Pure Botanical Bath Salts were created for the part of the day when you are ready to leave the noise behind and give yourself a little time to unwind.

A warm bath can create a natural pause between the busyness of the day and the quieter evening ahead. These botanical bath salts make that time feel even more comforting, combining three different mineral salts with my Nighttime Tranquility essential oil formulation and delicate Lavender flowers.

I use Epsom salt, Himalayan salt and Dead Sea salt rather than relying on one salt alone. Together, they create a mineral rich soak that feels comforting around the body after a long or demanding day.

The salts are infused with Frankincense, Lavender, Ylang Ylang and Sweet Orange essential oils.

Frankincense brings gentle resinous depth to the aroma.

Lavender adds familiar floral softness.

Ylang Ylang brings warmth and a richer floral character.

Sweet Orange lightens the deeper notes with soft citrus warmth.

Together, they create the comforting aroma found in my Nighttime Tranquility blend, already professionally added to the salts at the correct level for bathing.

Lavender flowers complete the formulation, bringing a simple botanical touch to the water and making the bath feel a little more special.

Nighttime Tranquility Pure Botanical Bath Salts have a warm, softly floral aroma with gentle citrus brightness and resinous depth.

The blend feels peaceful without becoming overly sweet or heavy. As the salts dissolve, the aroma gently moves through the bathroom, helping the space feel quieter and more restful.

The three mineral salts create a comforting soak, while the Lavender flowers add a natural botanical finish to the water.

Nighttime Tranquility is particularly lovely when the day has felt demanding, when your body feels tired or when you want to make a little more time for yourself before bed.

How to Use

Add the salts to warm running water and allow them to dissolve before stepping into the bath.

Use the full 75g pouch for one generous bath or divide it between two lighter soaks.

For the 500g sizes, use approximately 75g to 100g per bath, adjusting the amount to suit your preference.

The Lavender flowers will naturally float in the water. Place a small muslin cloth or bath strainer over the plug before emptying the bath to help prevent the botanicals entering the drain.

There is no need to add additional essential oil because the salts are already infused at the correct level for bathing.

Take care when entering and leaving the bath, as the oils may make the surface slippery.
